Shipping Policy

What to expect

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way! We try to process all orders received before noon on the same day. Orders received after 4 PM IST get processed the next day.

STORE PICKUP: Not available.

LOCAL DELIVERY: If you are in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar, we use services of local shipping apps like Porter or Uber; allowing same-day delivery.

NATIONAL SHIPPING: Within India, we ship through Delivery partners such as Delhivery or Tirupati Couriers or India Post's Speed Post depending on your PIN Code. The delivery shall be done within maximum of 7-10 days depending on the locality and accuracy of address provided at the time of check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We ship through partners like UPS/ DHL etc.

SHIPPING RATES: Free Local and National Shipping. For International Shipping, the cost of shipping will be calculated at Check Out.
